Shipping Speeds
We ship worldwide. Some products ship from the US and some from the EU.
More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Shipping speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Returns (if applicable)
Not all items are eligible for return. If eligible, items must be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may be an option if your product is damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
